The Lang 160SC LG Series griddle equips busy kitchens with a 60-inch electric, countertop platform built for high-volume, multi-zone production. Its 1-inch highly polished chrome plate and Selectronic™ solid state controls every 12 inches let teams stage breakfast, lunch, and dinner items simultaneously without slowing the line.
Dial in precise temperatures from 175°F to 450°F to handle everything from delicate eggs and pancakes to burgers, chicken, and seared vegetables. Chefs and foodservice operators can batch-cook on the 60" x 23" surface while maintaining orderly stations during peak service.
