A snap-action thermostat spans 200–550°F, while 6000W heating elements placed every 12 inches deliver the power needed for high-output service.

Speed service from breakfast through dinner as you sear proteins, toast buns, and finish delicate items on a single station. A 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard and an 8 qt grease drawer help contain splatter and capture runoff to streamline cleanup between rushes.
