The Metro C539-HFC-U Heated Holding Cabinet, Mobile is a red, full height, full clear door, combination control module, with universal wire rack heated food holding cabinet. The Insulation Armour isdent, impact, and stain resistant and holds in heat (up to 200 degrees) while staying cool to the touch. The combination control allows you to be in control of the heat and the moisture in the cabinet. The control module is easily removed for cleaning and maintenance. The universal wire rack are adjustable in 1-1/2" increments so you can customize your cabinet. This heated holding cabinet can hold (37) slide pairs (at 1-1/2" spacing), (18) 18" x 20" pans, or (34) 12"x 20"x 2.5".
