Due to the equal distribution of heat in convection ovens, food can be thoroughly cooked at lower temperatures and with shorter cooking times than in a conventional oven. An excellent choice is the Moffat E23M3, 24" Turbofan Electric Convection Oven. The mechanical thermostat that controls the Moffat Turbofan E23M3's bi-directional, reversing fan system has a temperature range of 150°F to 500°F. 

You can be sure that your items won't burn or overcook thanks to the built-in 60-minute bake timer with alert. Using a halogen oven lamp makes it straightforward to monitor the cooking process. A plug-in continuous oven door seal encircles the porcelain enameled oven chamber.

The E23M3 comes available with an optional equipment stand with or without movable casters. You can also double your production by choosing a double-stacked model. These units can also come with the SK23 equipment stand for ideal stabilty and mobility.
