The Nemco 55200AN-6 Easy Slicer is the premiere vegetable slicer for the foodservice industry. The slicer produces a 3/16" fixed cut for vegetables and fruits alike. Just place your produce in the trough behind the blade and easily churn out 3/16" sliced goods.

The Nemco 55816 Portable Mounting Base increases operator safety. As employees cut, the suction cupped feet on the base ensures the cutting board stays stationary and gives the user peace of mind when slicing. The boards polyethylene construction is treated with Microban to inhibit the growth of microbes, such as bacteria and mold. When the days over with, simply set the mounting board in the sink or dishwasher for easy clean-up.
