The lower door folds into a sturdy load/unload table to speed staging and keep workflows moving.
Equip prep rooms, bakeries, and commissaries to turn sheet pans, stock pots, and utensils fast. An external wash-down hose with spray nozzle streamlines pre-rinse, and the included stainless steel utensil rack with two hold-down lids plus four bun/sheet-pan inserts keep items secure and properly oriented. Separate wash and rinse tanks support consistent results across varied wares.
A built-in booster heater delivers a 70 degree rise with heated tank heat for dependable high-temp performance. All-stainless construction stands up to daily use, and manual push-button controls with a time-remaining display simplify operation and training.
