Stage ingredients efficiently on the rail with capacity for (10) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans under the included hood and cold air compartment. Assemble orders on the 9-1/2" deep cutting board with side rail, then reload quickly using two solid doors and two adjustable PE coated wire shelves. Ideal for sandwich, salad, and grab-and-go programs.

Built for daily duty, it features a stainless steel exterior door, aluminum exterior sides, and a galvanized steel back and bottom.
