The sauces are dispensed in 1 oz. portions, which may be decreased in 1/8 oz. increments using the gauging collars that are included. This Server condiment dispenser makes serving everything from ketchup to tartar sauce a breeze. This dispenser includes a hasp to allow the lid to be padlocked to the base. Padlock not included.
