The Star 5124CF electric charbroiler is designed to provide excellent heating and control when preparing a wide variety of product. The unit is designed with durability and flexibility in mind with two types of heat transfer - radiation direct from elements and conduction through the grates. A control knob is installed for each 12" section to allow for maximum temperature control. This charbroiler is constructed of stainless-steel features heavy-duty cast iron grid sections and incoloy sheath-type heating elements. Charbroilers are supplied with 4" high die cast nickel plated legs with a 1-3/8" adjustment. The bottom rear panels of the Star 5124CF are supplied with a 1-3/8" diameter hole for installation of electrical conduit.
