This Star 6036CBF lava rock charbroiler is designed to provide excellent heating and control when preparing a wide variety of products. The units are designed with durability and flexibility in mind with cast iron burners and a separate control knob for each 12" section. The grates have been designed to hold a high capacity of product for maximum efficiency under demanding cooking situations and use lava rocks to transfer heat to product from the cast iron burners. This Star charbroiler features a stainless front panel, bull nose, drip pan, splash guard, and grease trough. Grates are reversible with both a thin and thick side for various cooking styles, and can be adjusted to be flat or inclined. This Star gas charbroiler provides unique and amazing flavor and is a great addition to your kitchen.
