The Star 8072CBB gas charbroiler is perfect for grilling a variety of foods, is built with durability and flexibility in mind, and has exceptional heating and control. This lava rock charbroiler has grates every 6" which are independently adjustable to be flat or inclined and are made to hold a large amount of product. Every 6" of width includes a heavy-duty metal control knob for the unit's cast iron burners. Clean up is easy with the tapered splash guard and large capacity water pan. Heat is transferred through this Star gas charbroiler's lava rocks, allowing your food to always be cooked thoroughly and taste it's best. Can be shipped either natural or LP gas - specify when ordering
