48" gas ranges are perfect for being the central focus of your commercial kitchen.

These gas ranges are larger than 24", 30", and 36" ranges. Since they are larger, these ranges offer more versatility and cooking capabilities.

We have a wide variety of different configured gas ranges. Surface tops can involve any number of burners from zero to eight. Additionally commercial griddle tops and charbroiler tops give you more options of range configurations. Most of the gas ranges within this category come equipped with two ovens below the cooktop.
