The Blodgett MARK V-200 SGL electric convection oven has a fully welded, extruded angle iron frame that maintains ovens straight and true while also providing more durability and versatility than other ovens. Furthermore, the hybrid insulation with a layer of Superwool HT for improved insulative properties, designed to keep your oven running at optimum efficiency for longer, provides superior lifetime performance.

The Blodgett double deck oven has a pan capacity of 18" x 26" and 5 complete sheet pans each oven, for a total of 10 sheet pans. Solid state digital controls (SSD), along with a two-speed fan, gives you complete control over the cooking power of your oven. This single deck oven features a two-speed fan and 1/3 horsepower blower motor with automated thermal overload protection that efficiently recirculates warm air throughout the interior compartment, lowering energy consumption while enhancing performance.
