The Blodgett CNVX-14G SGL gas convection oven allows you to create a more efficient foodservice business. This single deck convection oven comes equipped with a fully insulated cooking chamber that helps keep up with the energy and volume of a busy commercial kitchen. The dual pane tempered viewing window, along with the coved corner liner make cleaning easier. With a capacity of (14) standard hotel pans or (7) full sheet pans, this Blodgett gas oven can produce high-volumes of foods all day long.

Temperature control ranges from 140°F all the way up to 500°F. Featuring a front access control panel and diagnosis system, you can easily select from preprogrammed cooking options or store up to 100 recipes yourself for quick selections later. This gas convection oven boasts a multiple speed reversing fan that creates hot air circulation, resulting in an even bake for each food item, helping create an overall better outcome for all finished food products. The Blodgett CNVX-14G SGL is also designed to stack under both the BCX-14 and BX-14 combi ovens.
