Deliver baskets upon baskets of freshly fried items to your clients using this solid-state analog Vulcan 1TR45A-2 PowerFry3 45–50 lb. liquid propane floor fryer! This tube-style fryer has a 14" x 14" frying area, 70,000 BTUs of power, and 2 twin fry baskets. Behind the fryer door, this machine has a user-friendly solid state analog control knob that allows temperature adjustment from 200 to 390 degrees Fahrenheit. With the help of a SoftStart ignition system and two configurable melt settings, you can gradually heat up your oil and prolong its life while using less BTUs. The fryer saves energy by operating at an idle temperature that only consumes 4318 BTU.

With a 60.9% cooking efficiency and a 72% thermal efficiency, this fryer uses Vulcan's exclusive ThreePass heat transfer mechanism to transmit heat to the oil for a considerably speedier recovery. The flue temperatures are less than 750 degrees Fahrenheit when it is operating at full capacity. A hi-limit indicator also turns off the gas connection and standing pilot if the oil temperatures become too high, protecting the safety of all workers. Crumbs and other debris are kept from burning in a sizable cool zone at the bottom of the fry tank, extending the life of your shortening and enhancing the flavor of your product. With a 1 1/4" full port drain valve, removing oil is a simple and fast process.
