The Star 648TCHSF gas griddle is a great answer to cooking in any kitchen. The 1" thick chrome plate will cook your food easily, and the stainless-steel build, spatula wide front grease trough, and grease chute keep your workspace clean. This Star-Max griddle's embedded modulating thermostat easily adjusts to any temperature between 150° to 450°. The stainless-steel bull nose front is cool to the touch, allowing you to use the controls without getting burnt. The non-porous chrome surface eliminates food taste transfer for the best tasting food. This Star gas griddle is shipped for natural gas service but comes with an LP conversion kit and reversible regulator.
