The Star 748TA electric griddle is a reliable and efficient way to cook a variety of foods. With a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate, the griddle is made of corrosion-resistant stainless-steel. Each 12" section can be heated to any temperature between 150°F and 450°F using electric snap-action thermostats. This Star electric griddle's grease drawers and splash guard make cleanup a breeze. The griddles will be ready to plug into an appropriate power source.
