The Star 636MF gas griddle is a perfect match for your kitchen and your budget. This griddle features a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate with a 36" width. A 28,300 BTU aluminized burner every 12" of width heats this griddle evenly every time at a range of 150° to 450°F and is controlled by a manual thermostat. Griddles operate on Natural or Propane gas. This Star-Max griddle features a cool to the touch stainless-steel bull nose front which provides knob protection and creates a comfortable work zone. Keep your station clean while using this gas griddle with the spatula-wide 3-1/4" front grease trough and grease chute and large 4-1/2 quart stainless-steel grease drawer.
