Cooking on a griddle is extremely simple with the Star 848MA manual gas griddle. This griddle is built out of a corrosion-resistant stainless-steel base to be reliable and durable. It has a 1" thick polished steel griddle surface for consistent cooking of a wide range of foods at the same time. Each 12" section features an individual temperature control, burner, and standing pilot on the griddle's 1" thick polished steel surface. Manage the temperature with a manual thermostat which allows for an operational range between 150°F and 550°F. Cleaning this Star gas griddle is easy thanks to the rear and side splash guard and grease trough.
