The Star 602HF Gas Hot Plate operates with two 25,000 BTU burners made of cast iron to provide heat distribution and control, along with a standing pilot for easy ignition. The long lasting, heavy-duty metal knobs are protected by the stainless-steel bull nose front. The front panel is cool to the touch and makes everyday operation easy. The double wall construction and enclosed bottom hold in heat and keep accurate temperatures. This Star gas hot plate makes an attractive choice for tableside cooking and serving lines.
