The Star 606HF Gas Hot Plate operates with six 25,000 BTU burners made of cast iron to provide heat distribution and control, along with a standing pilot for easy ignition. The unit's long lasting, heavy-duty metal knobs are protected by the cool to the touch bull nose front that is made from stainless-steel. The double wall construction and enclosed bottom hold in heat and keep accurate temperatures. This Star gas hot plate is an excellent choice for both tableside cooking and serving lines.
