This salamander broiler gives your chefs a versatile piece of cooking equipment to speed up broiling times for steaks, burgers, and appetizers. The Southbend 270 infrared broiler has two chambers that cook evenly using infrared heat. The unit is made of stainless steel and includes insulated burner boxes and linings to add structure and heat retention. An internal blower maintains heating efficiency by breaking up smoke and fumes with filtered air. Adjustable legs and detachable broiler grids allow you to customize to five height settings.
