The Server 85070 Food Server Advantage™ is specially designed to dispense the perfect toppings for your dessert dishes. It is designed to dispense fudge and caramel sauce from specialized pouches with a 16mm fitment. The stainless steel enclosure and pump are strong and won't corrode or rust, and the lid is made of ABS plastic and has a high-temperature molded top. This product includes two different magnetic merchandising signs for either caramel or fudge, so your customers and employees alike can easily identify the contents. While one pouch is hooked up to the closed sanitary system for dispensing, a second pouch can be placed inside the warmer to be warmed and ready to go when the first runs out. Each pump of this Server Advantage™ dispenser yields 1 oz., but can be reduced in 1/8 oz. increments for perfect and consistent serving sizes.
