The Server 85899 Twin EZ-Topper™ topping warmer is the perfect choice for dispensing toppings in both high volume and low volume operations alike. High-volume operations looking to optimize downtime during changeouts, as well as lower-volume or sporadic use operations serving topping over an extended period of time can both benefit from this unit. This warmer can hold a total of 4 pouches - 2 connected to the pumps, and 2 being warmed in reserve. The pouches are specialized 48 oz. topping pouches with a 16mm fitment that have a 98% evacuation rate, eliminating waste and increasing profits. The sealed, sanitary system keeps topping freshly sealed inside, and keeps the pump exterior clean. An adjustable thermostat controls the heating elements and ensures the product is not scorched. Included for an eye catching display are magnetic 'Fudge' and 'Caramel' signs. This Server twin EZ-Topper™ has two stainless steel pumps that product a serving size of 1 oz., adjustable for your individual needs.
