Dough hooks are the perfect mixer attachment for kneading heavy doughs that a regular beater cannot handle.
Hand kneading is a time consuming and strenuous process, but a dough hook can eliminate the need for it altogether. If you’re making bread, pizza dough, biscuits, and any other tough dough, a dough hook can knead it quickly with little effort.
