Food mixer bowl scrapers are used for scraping the sides of the bowl during operation.
These scrapers are constructed with a curve to match the edge of the mixing bowl to accurately scrape the sides of the bowl and ensure product is fully mixed. Unlike other dough scrapers, bowl scrapers are mounted on the mixer to allow fo ruse during operation without having to do anything by hand.
