The Robot Coupe Blixer 5 V.V. food processor is designed to cut, blend, and mix to turn all cooked and raw ingredients into texture-modified foods. This food processor has a vertical assembly, with a 5.9 liter stainless steel bowl. The bowl also has a handle for improved grip and a central lid opening to allow for the addition of additional ingredients during processing. An airtight bowl lid with a Blixer® arm is also provided. The high-heat, shock-resistant see-through lid allows you to keep an eye on your food during the cooking process. This machine has a bowl-base, fine serrated, twin-blade assembly for expert food preparation. Even with small quantities of product, these stainless steel blades enable for uniform processing. The variable speed settings allow for a choice between 300-3500 rpm, as well as a pulse feature for even more cutting precision. This equipment can process 3-20 7 oz. servings per service. To top it off, the Robot Coupe Blixer®5 V.V. food processor can be disassembled and cleaned in any dishwasher, making> cleanup a snap!
