The Cambro UPCS400 food pan carrier is a stylish and economical unit built to last and maintain food temperature. The food pan carrier is perfect for both hot and cold food thanks to the polyurethane foam insulation inside the double polyethylene walls. Move the carrier easily with the molded-in handle and 6" swivel casters with brakes. No vent cap is needed as the built-in vent automatically equalizes pressure and releases steam as necessary. For space conservation and easy transportation, this Cambro Camcarrier is stackable with models UPCS400 and UPC400. For best holding results, preheat or pre-chill unit prior to use for 20–30 minutes. Use hot water or ice and keep door closed. Do not use any flame or electrical sources.
