What is a frost top?
Frost tops, also known as cold slabs, are countertops that feature refrigeration to keep the top at freezing temperatures, allowing for toppings to be mixed into ice cream without melting it. They are often seen at high-end ice cream parlors, most recognizably Cold Stone Creamery, that wish to create perfectly blended ice cream treats for their customers.
