The True TRCB-82-86 Chef Base makes more use of your prep area or cooking space by replacing equipment stands with functional refrigeration. The left two drawers of this chef base can accommodate three full size pans and the right two drawers can hold two full size pans so there is plenty of space to store cheese, patties, and other ingredients your need on the fly. 

Along with this unit's exceptional utility in providing refrigerator and counter space, this large, refrigerated equipment stand also keeps your items between 33°F and 38°F with an environmentally friendly refrigeration system which uses R134A refrigerant as well as utilizes foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation which is not only eco-friendly but is energy efficient as well.
