The Star QCSE2-600H conveyor toaster makes toasting buns in large quantities easier than ever. Quartz infrared heaters and a forced convection system power the toaster, which keeps it cool on the outside while providing consistent and faster heating on the interior. The 10" wide conveyor belt allows for the simultaneous cooking of two buns at a rate of 600 buns per hour. The wide holding area is heated to prevent buns from becoming cold, and the extended conveyor belt with burn-guard makes loading simple and safe. The power saver feature on this conveyor toaster helps to save energy by reducing electricity consumption by 75%. Because of the conveyor tension system, even with the heavy-duty motor, the operation is smooth and silent. This Star conveyor toaster also includes an electronic control panel with options like stand-by which will automatically reduce power if not used at the programmed time, temperature and speed settings, and pre-programmed channel settings.
