The Blixer 7 V.V. food processor by Robot Coupe is built to quickly cut, blend, and mix both raw and cooked foods. This food processor has a vertical assembly and a stainless steel bowl that holds 7.5 liters. The bowl also has a handle for improved grip and a central lid opening to allow for the introduction of additional ingredients during the blending process. An airtight bowl lid with a Blixer® arm is also provided. The see-through lid with high heat and shock resistance lets you to keep an eye on your food throughout the entire process. The bowl-base, fine serrated, twin-blade assembly on this equipment allows for expert food processing. Even with small quantities of product, these stainless steel blades provide homogeneous processing. The food processor features a variable speed dial for a selection of 300-3600 rpm, as well as a pulse mode for even more precise cutting. This equipment can prepare 3-20 7-ounce meals every service. Finally, every component of this Robot Coupe Blixer®7 V.V. food processor can be disassembled and cleaned in any dishwasher, making cleanup a snap!
