The 16.7-inch stainless steel detachable arm with a 4-inch bell reaches deep vessels and is dishwasher safe for fast turnaround. Its All-In-One tempered steel tri-blade and SmoothControl Speed System produce silky soups, smooth sauces, and stable dressings.
