This chef base refrigerator comes equipped with a automatic defrost system which will keep the condensation from ruining your products. The raised marine edge will contain any spills while allowing for quick and easy cleanup. A durable and sturdy space to place cooking equipment on is achieved with the stainless steel construction. Environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant keeps items cool while the side mounted self contained refrigeration system gives you the ability to easily access the unit for maintenance. Mobility of this unit is aided with the four 4" casters which provide the ability to move the commercial unit with ease, while also being able to lock it securely into place.
