This unit is great for any kitchen looking to increase the ability to multi-task, with the six non-clog, open burners, 24" griddle, and double ovens. Sautee, grill, or pan-fry your food with the manually controlled, open flame burners, which produce 30,000 BTUs. Prepare burgers, steaks, chicken, hash browns, and more with the 3/4" deep, polished steel griddle plate with 20-5/8" cooking depth. Cook, bake, or roast foods in the two conventional ovens which produce 30,000 BTUs, ranging in temperature from 250°F to 550°F. The stainless steel construction and the galvanized back provides durability and an easy to clean surface for this commercial range, while the six 6" adjustable legs provide stability. This 60" gas range comes ready for a natural gas hookup, however converting to liquid propane is made simple with the conversion kit that's included.
