Dial in temperatures with the electronic thermostat and monitor at a glance via the digital LED display, maintaining a precise 33°–40°F range. A side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system with R290 refrigerant and automatic defrost helps sustain performance while simplifying service access.

Support high-volume workflows with three solid hinged doors and three adjustable shelves that adapt to changing menus. Durable stainless steel top, front, and sides pair with a cleanable interior (304 stainless floor, aluminum back wall, ABS side walls and door backs) to stand up to daily use.
