The ability to create appetizing sandwiches and salads is achieved when using the SEAGATE SSP61M Mega Top Sandwich Prep Table. This stainless-steel constructed unit provides 15.5 cubic feet of storage space, while providing adjustable heavy duty epoxy coated shelves for safe storage of products. 

A full length 9" white polyethylene cutting board provides a sturdy surface for food prep which is able to be removed for easy for cleanup. This table includes twenty-four 1/6 pans which are located in the countertop prep area. Both the electronic thermostat and digital LED displays gives you the ability to control the temperature by keeping the products between 33 degrees- 40 degrees Fahrenheit. The eco-friendly R290 refrigerant is used in this unit to help reduce your environmental impact. 

Keeping energy costs down during peak business hours is accomplished with the self-closing door feature. Stocking of products is also made simple with the stay-open door feature, which keeps the doors open at 90 degrees. The two and half inch (2-1/2") mounted swivel casters provide mobility for this commercial prep table, making cleaning an easy task to accomplish.
