Dial in holding temps from 33–40°F via an electronic thermostat and verify them at a glance with the digital LED display. Automatic defrost streamlines upkeep, while the rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses R600A refrigerant and 3/8 HP to maintain steady performance through peak periods. ENERGY STAR® certification supports energy-efficient operation in high-volume environments.

Built for daily service, the SUC28R features a stainless steel top, front, and sides, a 304 stainless steel floor, an aluminum back wall, and rugged ABS side walls and door backs.
