Dial in 150–570°F with thermostatic controls to handle eggs, pancakes, and seared proteins with precision.

Stage multiple tickets at once—cook bacon, hash browns, and French toast together, then switch to burgers, quesadillas, or vegetables without slowing service. Power and heat indicator lights provide at-a-glance status, while 3" side and rear splash guards help contain splatter and protect adjacent stations.
