The Server 83860 cold station will add value and convenience to your drop-in food counter. This three-pump station is housed in a stainless steel insulated base made for standard drop-in applications that can be used ambient or chilled with ice. Three 3-1/2 quart white plastic fountain jars with stainless steel pumps are included, and are ideal for keeping and distributing thick condiments or craft sauces. Each pump dispenses a standard serving size of 1-1/4 oz. of product. Reduce the quantity in 1/8 oz. increments if you want a smaller portion. This Server cold station accepts (3) Universal Ice Packs, which can be purchased separately, for chilled use.
