The Server 87740 Conservewell® mounted utensil holder is an energy saving alternative to a traditional dipper well perpetual-flow sink. This unit holds serving utensils above 140° to prevent bacteria grown. The Conservewell® utensil holder can also be mounted using the key slot mounting brackets. Included are two short-handled, utensil compartments with 1/9 size stainless steel pans. Choosing this holder is great way to keep bacteria from growing on plastic handled utensils and non-gel-filled dishers, as well as saving over 250,000 gallons of water per year.
