This Star 6015CBF lava rock charbroiler is designed to provide excellent heating and control when preparing a wide variety of foods. The grates hold a high capacity of product and use lava rocks to transfer heat to product from the cast iron burners. This Star gas charbroiler features a stainless front panel, bull nose, drip pan, splash guard, and grease trough. Grates can be adjusted independently to be flat or inclined and are reversible with a thin side for searing and a thick side for different foods. Cooking on this Star lava rock charbroiler is a great way to cook unique and great-tasting foods.
