An easy-to-use manual thermostat allows for rapid temperature adjustments ranging from 175°F to 450°F. The top has a hinge system for quick and safe operation, and the handle is heat resistant. The smooth iron platens can handle food up to 3" thick. The splash guard on the bottom platen helps to prevent grease spills. A heavy gauge, water resistant conduit protects electrical connections between the top and bottom of this Star sandwich grill, as well as a removable grease trough for easy cleanup.
