The Star GX10IG cast iron sandwich grill is designed to deliver reliable commercial-grade performance at an affordable price. On the grill, you can prepare sandwiches, quesadillas, steak, chicken, and any other grilled item fast and efficiently. A traditional manual thermostat with a temperature range of 175°F to 450°F allows for quick temperature adjustments. The handle is heat resistant, and the top includes a hinge system for rapid and safe usage. On the grooved iron platens, products up to 3" thick can be accommodated. The splash guard on the bottom platen keeps grease from spilling out. The electrical connections between the top and bottom of this Star sandwich grill are protected by a high gauge, water resistant conduit, which also incorporates a removable grease trough for simple cleanup.
