The Star GX20IGS cast iron sandwich grill is designed to deliver reliable commercial-grade performance at an affordable price. On the grill, you can prepare sandwiches, quesadillas, steak, chicken, and any other grilled item fast and efficiently. A simple manual thermostat with a temperature range of 175°F to 450°F enables for quick temperature adjustments. The handle is heat resistant and the top includes a hinge system for rapid and safe usage. On a mix of smooth and grooved iron platens, products up to 3" thick can be accommodated. The splash guard on the bottom platen helps to prevent grease spillage. A heavy gauge, water resistant conduit protects electrical connections between the top and bottom of this Star sandwich grill, and it has a removable grease trough for easy cleanup.
