The Star GX20IS cast iron sandwich grill is built to provide dependable commercial-grade performance at a low cost. Sandwiches, quesadillas, steak, chicken, and any other grilled dish can be quickly prepared on the grill. Quick temperature adjustments are possible with a simple manual thermostat with a temperature range of 175°F to 450°F. The top has a hinge system for quick and safe use, and the handle is heat resistant. Products up to 3" thick can be accommodated on smooth iron platens. The splash guard on the bottom platen keeps grease from spilling out. A heavy gauge, water resistant conduit protects electrical connections between the top and bottom of this Star sandwich grill, and a removable grease trough is provided for easy cleanup.
