The unit is heated using a forced air heating system with a digital temperature control. The Star chili/cheese dispenser uses a patented pump design ensures that at least 95% of the product in the pouch will be used, limiting waste. This Star heated dispenser is designed to use one 6 lb. pouch and hold another for preheating, so you can easily switch it out when you run out.
