The Star 548CHSF electric griddle is built of stainless-steel for durability and has a 1" thick chrome plate for cooking to prevent flavors from transferring. The cool to the touch stainless-steel bullnose front protects your hands and knobs while operating the machine. Cleaning is a breeze with the grease trough, grease chute, and tapered splash guard. To make electrical connections, a junction box is provided. This Star electric griddle is controlled by a snap-action thermostat incorporated in the griddle plate and heated with a 4000 watt incoloy sheath type element every 12" of griddle width.
