For objects up to 3" thick, the grill's "flat landing" opening provides continuous contact heating. The grill has an analog temperature control that ranges from 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit comes with a pre-wired 6' cord with a standard NEMA plug that matches the device's certification and amperage.
