The Star-Max 615TF is equipped with a powerful 28,300 BTU aluminized steel U-shaped burner, providing consistent heat across the entire griddle surface. Constructed with a heavy-duty stainless steel front and double-wall aluminized steel side panels, this griddle is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen while being easy to clean and maintain. The 4-1/2" high tapered wrap-around stainless steel splash guard helps contain grease and prevents spills, while the 3-1/4" wide front grease trough and large 4-1/2 quart stainless steel grease drawer make cleanup simple and efficient.

This unit comes with a factory-installed 3/4-inch NPT male gas connection with a convertible pressure regulator and operates on natural gas, with a propane conversion kit included for versatile installation options. Designed with heavy-duty chrome-plated cast zinc knobs and a cool-to-the-touch stainless steel bullnose front for safety and comfort, the 615TF also includes 4-inch adjustable legs for stability on any countertop.
